We strongly believe in the privacy of both our customers and clients. We do not and will not make our databases or lists available for either sale or any use outside of our own. Furthermore, we do not and will not send unsolicited emails to customers or clients unless they have expressly subscribed to our newsletters within their account options. These policies are non negotiable and are meant to be overly protective of both our clients and customers. We excessively value these interests and we are sure that you do as well.

Cookies: A cookie is a file that is placed onto ones computer when browsing certain websites. In most cases cookies are harmless and only meant to enhance the look and feel of the site, but in others, cookies are used to gather the users browsing and personal information. Here at Space Viewers, we do not subscribe to any of those practices. We have one single cookie and that cookie is only used for retaining the information that is added to a shopping cart for the ordering process. No personal or financial information is gained, accessed, stored, or transmitted.

Payments

Payments: We use a third party to process all internet orders. This allows us to provide extra measures of security for our customers. We do not store financial information within our databases.

Sales

Downloadable Products: All Download sales are considered final and no refunds can be given.

Physical Products: All sales of a physical products, in which shipping has been provided may be returned within 14 days of the order, so long as the product packaging has not been opened. At that time, we will gladly either provide a full refund or replace the product for the customer. Either of these options are at the customers discretion and when appropriate.

Low Order Fee: Any order of under $6.00 U.S. will incur a $.35 U.S. fee to the total order. This fee is directly related to Credit Card Processing Fee's that are charged by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, Paypal, and all other gateway services that offer credit card processing.

Shipping

We primarily use standard postal services. If we receive a large order that would require special attention, we will then ship via any means necessary for timely and undamaged delivery.
